TRIP OVERVIEW

Visit the Murchison Falls National Park, currently the country’s second (if not the) most visited Safari destination for a number of spectacular adventures. The park is unique and famous for the world’s strongest falls on the River Nile that divides the park into two; the Northern and Southern parts.

Among the activities to do in the Park is a game drive or a boat ride, from which you can see a number of animals including elephants, Giraffes, Buffaloes, a number of antelope species including the Uganda Kob and waterbucks, Lions, hippos, Leopards and Warthogs among others.

You can also hike to the top of the falls to experience the beauty of the mighty river Nile where its waters squeezes into a 7 meter gorge deep down over 45 meters with thunderous roars.

From the Kibale Forest National Park, the home to up to 13 primates’ species, you can see the chimpanzees, Mangabeys, different kinds of monkeys such as L’Hoest, Vervet, Black and White Colobus, red colobus, Patus among others.

The park also has nocturnal primates that you can see during a night forest walk with a ranger/ guide such as the bush babies, galagoes, pottos among others. Nearby to the park is the Bigodi Swamps that is famed for bird watching.
