5 Days Bwindi Forest and Queen Elizabeth National Park Tour

Destination: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Queen Elizabeth National Park

Activities: Game Drives, Boat Ride, Chimpanzee Tracking and Gorilla Tracking.

TRIP OVERVIEW

This trip starts with a Gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi Forest, the star tourism activity of Uganda. It should be noted that the rare species of Mountain Gorillas are recognized among the most endangered animal species on the planet and on the verge of extinction.

Only remaining 1005 individuals in the whole world, Mountain Gorillas are only found in Uganda, Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo within the same geographical area covered by the Virunga Massif and Bwindi Forest. Uganda only has almost half of the remaining population of these gigantic but peaceful primates of which more than ¾ reside in Bwindi Forest. Taking a search for these amazing herbivores in the dense rain Forest and one of the oldest forest of Africa is truly a rewarding experience for every kind of traveler.

Besides that, a visit to Queen Elizabeth National Park will reward you with long lasting memories to remember the tie when you visited Uganda. The park offers a number of tour activities ranging from Game Viewing, Bird watching, Chimpanzee tracking, and Launch Cruise among others.

A game drive guarantees you sights for animals such as the Elephants, Lions, leopards, buffaloes, Antelopes like bush bucks and water bucks, Kobs, warthogs and so on as well as the rare tree climbing lion in the Ishaha Sector of the park.

The launch cruise will reward you with views of the most famous water loving animals like crocodile along the river banks, elephants taking water, hippos and many bird species.
