3 Day Fantastic Mountain Nyiragongo Hike.
This is a lively strata volcano with Associate in nursing elevation of three thousand four hundred seventy meters within the Virunga Mountains related to the Albertan Rift.
It is set within Virunga Park, within the Democratic Republic of the Congo, regarding twenty kilometers north of the city of urban center and lake and simply west of the border with Rwanda.

TRIP ITINERARY
Day 1: Transfer from Kigali to DR Congo
You will be picked from the airport or your edifice by our guide and drive you to Gisenyi, you’ll cross border to Congo. Dinner and long at Mikeno lodge
Day 2: Interesting Nyiragongo volcano Hike
Very early within the morning, you’ll gather at the park headquarter for a short informational briefing and after start climbing journey. The volcano’s wooded lower slopes are home to a range of animals, together with chimpanzees, monkeys, and Tragelaphus scriptus.
Nyiragongo summit rim is essentially void of vegetation and is often dusted with snow. From the rim, guests will peer down into a churning volcanic rock Lake and see, listen to hot gases exploding up a mosaic of liquefied volcanic rock. Though certain and thus safe for tourists. Day 3: Descend back – Transfer back to Kigali.
In the morning after exciting overnight at the top, you’ll descend back to the starting point in Kibati and Virunga foundation will drive you back to Goma border and then from their transfer with our guide up to the capital of Rwanda.
